How to get six-pack abs

Crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders and upper back off the ground, and then lower them back down.
Plank: Get into a push-up position, but instead of lowering yourself down, hold your body in a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold this position for as long as you can.
Russian Twists: Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lean back slightly, and then twist your torso to the right, touching your right elbow to the ground. Twist back to center, and then twist to the left, touching your left elbow to the ground.
Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your legs raised off the ground. Bring your right elbow to your left knee, while straightening your right leg. Then switch sides, bringing your left elbow to your right knee while straightening your left leg.
